What this directory is
Trumbull County Waterproofing Guide is an independent directory and comparison resource. How listings get here
We pull public business data, such as name, address, phone number, and service categories. We then read recent Google reviews and write our own synthesis of what they say. We do not republish review text. Each listing links out to Google so you can read the original reviews yourself and judge them directly.
How rankings are earned
Rankings come from a published rubric applied to data. Nothing else moves a business up or down. Payment, referral arrangements, and requests from the business itself have no effect. The full criteria are set out on our methodology page.

How sponsorship works
Some listings may carry a paid placement. When one does, it is labelled “Sponsored” and shown separately from the earned results. Sponsorship never changes the earned ranking. A sponsored business sits in its own labelled space and keeps whatever position its data has earned in the main list.
What listed businesses can and cannot change
A listed business can correct its own facts, such as a wrong phone number, an outdated address, or a service it does or does not offer. A business can never edit its own score, sentiment summary, or ranking. Those come from the rubric and the data, not from the business.
Matching and referral fees
If you use the quote page and ask to be matched, your enquiry goes to providers relevant to your request. We may receive a referral fee for that. The quote page explains this at the point you submit a request, and it has no bearing on how any business is scored or ranked.
